Get ready for a powerful week of training designed to challenge your strength, endurance, coordination, and core control. Before you arrive, you can review the upcoming workout, become familiar with the exercises, and get a better idea of what to expect during class.

We’ll begin with barbell training, using cleans, hip thrusts, clean presses, and deadlifts to build total-body strength and explosive power. These foundational movements will challenge your legs, glutes, back, shoulders, and core while helping you become more confident with the barbell.
From there, we’ll transition into kettlebell conditioning with kettlebell swings and front-to-back lunges paired with a curl. This section combines strength, balance, and cardiovascular endurance while keeping your entire body engaged.
Next, it’s time to bring some power with tire flips. This full-body movement requires strength, determination, and proper technique as you use your legs, hips, back, arms, and core to move the tire.

The battle rope station combines front-to-side lunges with powerful rope slams. You’ll challenge your lower body while developing upper-body endurance, coordination, and the ability to produce power even as fatigue begins to set in.
During the weighted-ball station, you’ll perform lateral throws, wall throws, and kneeling chest-pass throws. These movements are designed to improve total-body power, core strength, and coordination while allowing you to move with purpose and control.
We’ll finish with exercise-ball core work, including ball passes and scissors with the ball. This final section will test your abdominal strength, stability, and control as you close out the workout.

Take a moment to review the exercises before class, but don’t worry about having everything mastered ahead of time. I’ll guide you through the movements, provide modifications when needed, and help you work at a level that is both challenging and appropriate for you. Come ready to move, stay focused, and give your best effort.
